Cacao Ceremony - Inner Journey

You are invited to join us on a journey. A journey to your inner refuge, your sacred garden, or how i call it - your happy place. Through a guided meditation supported by sound you can travel to this very special place in your soul landscape where you can recharge and find guidance and insight.

The wonderful “Medicine of the Heart” Cacao will be happy to assist you on this journey and carry you safely and smoothly where ever you need to go. Cacao is a loving plant teacher that helps us to strengthen our roots as earth children and at the same time helps us to remember that we might also come from other stars.

Let’s gather in a circle to explore together the magic of ceremony and the vast landscapes of our souls.

>> Comfortable, warm cloth, warm socks

>> Water bottle to stay hydrated

>> Journal & pen if you have

:: PREPARATION RECOMMENDATIONS ::

>> Avoid caffeine, alcohol and other drugs on the day of the ceremony

>> Eat your last light meal at least two hours before the ceremony starts to avoid discomfort or stomach pain.

>> If you take antidepressants, have a serious heart condition, very high blood pressure or epilepsy ceremonial doses of Cacao are not recommended. Please talk to us beforehand!!
